Pool attire common sense
Q: We would like to establish a dress code for the use of our condo swimming pool and Jacuzzi. We have a policy in place that a shower must be taken before entering the pool. We have several complaints from owners who feel this is very unsanitary and wearing the proper swimming attire should be enforced. Would a dress code rule be enforceable?
