Child advocate must investigate conditions at Camrose youth home: NDP
Child Advocate Dell Graff should use his new powers to investigate conditions in a Camrose group home where a young man allegedly killed his caregiver, the NDP urged Thursday. NDP Human Services critic Rachel Notley said a new law passed last year made Graff independent and gave him the power to investigate systemic issues that contribute to the serious injury or death of a child in care.
